Today’s a very important day, as I’m celebrating my 15th business birthday!

I have no idea where all of that time has gone, but here we are, acknowledging fifteen INCREDIBLE years of capturing authentic beauty through my photography, empowering clients with confidence boosting creative experiences, and curating the living breathing art that I see in all of you into scroll-stopping portraits, and wall-worthy prints.

It’s been quite a journey.

For example, can you believe my award-winning coffee table book STRIP/TEASE was published 5 years ago today?!

But this year, in particular, has been a level-up like no other. As well as all the incredible private boudoir photographs we’ve created together in 2024 (you know who you all are), here are some of the more public projects I’ve worked on in the last 12 months.

I invested in myself and my brand, purchasing new equipment and levelling up my skills so I could introduce video and B-Roll services into the brand. One of my first personal projects was creating this promotional showreel for The Bitten Peach’s summer residency at Underbelly Cavendish Square (which by the way, is an excellent show and worth seeing when it returns)

Another particular highlight of this year was getting the opportunity to photograph Sara Davies MBE as part of DB Wider Fit Shoes’ Joyful Strides for Wider Feet Campaign, alongside creative team Lydia Barnes (Hair and Make Up), Connor Wells (Video) and The Plattform (Production & PR). Having grown up in a creative household, Crafter’s Companion was regularly on the telly, so it was incredible to spend the day with her.

Over the summer, I project managed and directed an advert for a female-forward global technology brand Insider, which should hopefully be gracing the internet VERY soon. Here’s a little behind the scenes of the wonderful Connor filming for us. The visual effects are being done in house, so even I haven’t seen the final-final version myself yet. I am so excited for it to launch… watch this space!

2024 has also been a year of learning, including taking a course in Film & TV Production Supply Chain Innovation with the Royal College of Art. During the course, I developed a brand new offering that will be launching in 2025, which I’m excited to lean into. More on that in the new year… but for now, here’s a photo of me collecting my certificate at Sky Studios in Elstree!

My boudoir posing guide videos went viral AGAIN – this time on Instagram – and now there are over 217k of you in my community, which feels wild. I’m not sure that number has really sunk in yet, and it keeps growing every single day. So, if this happens to be the first time you’re reading my blog: Welcome! It’s so lovely to have you here.

Later this year, I was also offered the role of resident photographer at Underbelly Boulevard in Soho, which saw me photograph some incredible events including the launch of their new restaurant, Artusi. I highly recommend the food by the way, the pasta is phenomenal. And, ending the year on a high, one of my exterior photos of the building is actually on display right now in Leicester Square!

And somehow, on top of all that, I found time to resit my N4 Japanese language exam again… and passed! I’ve already started working on N3, although I think it’s going to be AT LEAST a year until I’m ready to sit that exam.

But here’s the exciting part: I’m not just looking back; I’m looking forward.

And so today, on my 15th Business Birthday, I’m releasing something special to celebrate this landmark year. I’ve teamed up with the lovely Zoe at Into The Eve to create my own signature scent – FIFTEEN – which I’m releasing as a Body Butter for 2025.

This scent embodies a perfect weekday afternoon spent between the sheets and ordering room service in a luxury hotel room; with soft sweet top notes reminiscent of freshly baked patisserie treats at a decadent afternoon tea, combined perfectly with sensual undertones of cedar, patchouli, incense, labdanum and amber.

(I’d have called it Sex & Cake, but unfortunately it’s not particularly social media friendly…)

The body butters are vegan, cruelty free, and handmade from scratch in the UK with Zoe’s own signature recipe. Made with natural oils and butters, they have a thick and luxurious texture, melting just like butter onto your skin, leaving it feeling nourished and hydrated for hours.

I’ll be ordering a limited number of these to gift to my Boudoir and Personal Branding Photoshoot clients throughout 2025 (whilst stocks last). But, I am also conscious that not all of you will be able to make a photoshoot work in 2025, and so that everyone has an opportunity to join in the celebrations, I’ve decided to add them to the website, where they can be purchased as an individual product.

Pre-orders are now open, and you have until Sunday January 12th to purchase one (or two, perhaps treat someone special!) and join in the business birthday celebrations and support my small business!

Orders will be shipped around the end of January 2025.
