Tell us your brand elevator pitch! I’m here, as an award-winning designer, to bring all the goods and the knowledge of your business from your mind to life, to create the mark your business deserves through logo, brand & web design. I’m a rare breed with my commercial background, from the UK’s no.1 retailer, in Buying, Product Development & Packaging, teamed with my passion for helping businesses, bringing many perspectives to create brands with value, that cut through the noise.

What inspired you to start your brand?  I have a huge passion for small businesses, and I’m lucky enough to have the ability to help take their business to a new level – I love that, and that’s enough in itself. I had the opportunity to start something for myself after my maternity leave with my first and I’ve not looked back! 

How would your best friend describe you? Honest, reliable, driven…and a bit crazy once you crack the shell!
Name three things that you always carry with you? My phone and my two babies, quite literally! Held high by my heeled timberlands.

What was the last book you read? Rich Dad, Poor Dad

Do you remember how you originally found me? Absolutely! You were the sponsor for the ‘Mumpreneur of the Year’ award (that I won!) and I was mesmerised by you in an instant! 

What inspired you to book a photoshoot? I decided my brand and myself both fully deserved it, and deserved the best 😉
Who is your dream client? I LOVE working with start-ups – there’s always a lot of freedom to create and we get to build the strategy together!

What’s the most interesting thing about you that the internet doesn’t know about you yet? I’ve lived in 17 different houses – It’s been a ride!

Tell us about the concept for your shoot – what was your inspiration? My inspiration was wanting to capture my progress and move my business to the next level.

Tell us about your favourite photo from the shoot – why do you love it? The strong crouched pose with my camera under the arches. You captured the true inner confidence that not many get to see.

Describe your shoot experience. Scary as hell for me, but knowing I was in the right hands. The moment you told me to turn on the music as the first thing was the best feeling! I knew you could sense how tense I was and how to snap me out of it. 

How have your new brand images helped you to become more visible? They are still mostly in the bank as I’m working through the branding at current, but they have given me confidence in the bag!  It feels amazing to be backed up by professional shots.

What are you most proud of in your career so far? Knowing that I inspire people. 

What is your top brand shoot tip? Save the more desired shots until further into the shoot, that way you get your best when you’re feeling comfortable / less tense (if you hate the camera, like me!)

What will your autobiography be called? Hallmarked moments.

If you could collaborate with any other entrepreneur, past or present, who would it be and why? You 😉 It’s so nice to work with someone who just ‘gets it’, and I know we’d make a sh*t hot team!

What advice would you give to anyone thinking about booking a personal branding shoot of their own? Don’t delay and don’t hold back! It will massively elevate your brand. It’s also a big mindset step into backing yourself/ your business.

What exciting project are you working on right now? So many exciting projects for clients! But my personal is currently establishing a group over on Facebook full of free design & branding tips to help small businesses, which will soon lead on to courses and other material, aimed at those who can’t quite afford a professional designer just yet. Everyone deserves the best branding they can get, so I’m doing my bit to get them there!
