Its the summer holidays and, whilst I’m mid-moving house, planning a wedding and trying to run a business and doing ALL OF THE THINGS, here’s some of the highlights from the past month that have made me smile…

Image of the month was a hard one to pick this month as there were so many incredible options to choose from. However, as a fellow Slytherin it probably comes as no surprise that Fuller Figure Fuller Bust, Georgina Horne steals the title this month! Featuring a custom Morticia underbust corset made by What Katie Did in house colours, we teamed it my Slytherin robe, Georgina’s wand and some serpent themed jewellery to finish off the look. Epic hair and make up was, of course, provided by Miss Honey Bare. It was brilliant to mix boudoir photography with a little bit of my geek side. Also, did you hear there’s going to be a Harry Potter exhibit at the British Library later this year? I can’t wait!

The best thing I’ve seen on the internet this month is this article on Serena Williams in Vanity Fair, featuring the most incredible pregnancy photos by Annie Leibovitz. The article is a long one, but I assure you its worth investing the time in. Get comfy, pour yourself a drink and get reading!

This month it was an absolute pleasure to be invited back to host Adobe’s Love Taking Photos online photography event, featuring four of Instagram’s top photographers giving their top editing tips and tricks in Photoshop and Lightroom. Its always fascinating watching other photographers edit, as we all have our own favourite tools and workflows to achieve our signature style. You may also have seen a few cheeky behind the scenes images and live feeds going up on Instagram from a recent bridal couture shoot with designer Elisabeth Armstrong. Joined by models Evie Wolfe and Liv Free, we spent a day in the grounds of a beautiful secret location photographing her new collection and I literally can’t wait to show it to you! The final selection for editing is now done and waiting to find their way into Photoshop, so look out for those next month!
